Discord Server Rules

1. Be respectful to all members.
2. Don't spam, scam or harass anyone.
3. No illegal content. No NSFW content. No political content.
4. Please keep conversations in English or French, except for region specific forums.
5. Swearing is frowned upon. Excessive swearing is prohibited.
6. New rules may be added at any time, breaking them may lead to a timeout, kick or ban.

IMPORTANT: Familiarise yourself with Discord's Hateful Speech Policy. The policy described therein also applies to all members of the server.

Non-compliance can result in an immediate and permanent ban from the server.

Radio Compliance Rules

LoRa mesh networks operate mainly with unlicensed Industrial, Scientific, and Medical (ISM) radio bands, which is regulated in Canada by Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED).

1. All members agree to comply with Canadian regulations, in particular those governing conductive power for unlicensed low-power devices (limited to 1W input power) and antenna gain.

If you wish to use more power, you must be a licensed amateur radio operator and must abide by all rules/regulations set by ISED for your amateur radio operator certificate.
